WHAT ARE THE DAILY CHALLENGES?

"Rather than speaking of challenges, I would speak of daily commitments, which aim to improve production through studies and research, but above all to transmit commitment and passion to my collaborators so that they can work in a serene atmosphere where seriousness is not lacking, thus putting aside situations that could prove uncomfortable in the future.

YOUR BIGGEST CHALLENGE?

"The biggest challenge is to manage business schedules as you have to meet deadlines and at the same time try to move forward with innovations and increase productivity, working in an organised environment so that no time and energy is wasted".

HOW ARE THE PRODUCTION PROCESSES ORGANISED?

"The production processes are divided into various departments within the company, each of which is specific for one type of processing: from the machinery that allows 45° cutting to the machinery dedicated to packaging. Everything is well organised to make the working method organised and efficient, so that we can guarantee the quality we promise our customers".

PHILOSOPHY OF HIS WORK?

"The thing that is very important to me in my work is to give immediate solutions to any kind of problem and to share them with my co-workers so that we can reason together and make the most of our working days".
